With the launch of the Xbox 360, USA Today (among just about every other publication in the world) asked me to comment on what Microsoft might be doing right or wrong. It seems the angle they were going with was that Microsoft needs to play catch-up with the 360 in order to take Sony’s Playstation market share. I thought they were off base.
